TDC Tour Finale Dance Party

Old Martina’s Hall, 4140 State Road 68, Ranchos de Taos

We’ll be wrapping up the tour at the wonderful Old Martina’s Hall. Fine dining, full bar, and a gorgeous ballroom dancehall that is dying to be filled with folks like you. We cut our musical teeth playing dancehalls & can’t wait!

The Tone Deaf Cowboys were formed on the campus of Austin College in Sherman, TX, in the early to mid 1980s. The band went on to become initiators & mainstays of a burgeoning musical movement in the Dallas area, that would eventually come to be called “Americana.”
Frequent performers at iconic songwriter meccas like Poor David’s Pub and Uncle Calvin’s Coffeehouse, they also opened shows for artists such as Ray Wylie Hubbard, Kevin Welch, and Chuck Pyle.
Despite being known as a prolific, writing band (5 of the 6 original members have enjoyed musical recognition or careers in the years since), and even the subjects of a tribute album—Americana artist Ed Rogers’ fine debut, Misery and Gold—Tone Deaf Cowboys never recorded an album themselves...

Until now.

In 2020
the much-awaited, full-length album,

Saturday Night in the Promised Land

shall be released.

The Legend Continues...
